Zbyněk Ulčák (1966) – krajinný ekolog, zemědělský inženýr, působí na Katedře environmentálních studií Fakulty sociálních studií Masarykovy univerzity. Věnuje se problematice udržitelného hospodaření v krajině a sociálním aspektům ekologického zemědělství a produkce potravin. Vyrostl v Orlové v Těšínském Slezsku, kde dodnes zahrádkaří. Žije v Brně. Autor žertovných veršovaných SMS zpráv, které byly vydány ve sbírkách Život je černý i bílý (2015) a Potkan je bratrancem Mickey Mouse (2021).
Zbyněk Ulčák (born in 1966) – landscape ecologist and agricultural engineer who teaches at the Faculty of Environmental Studies of Masaryk University in Brno. He focuses on issues relating to the countryside´s sustainable management as well as the social aspects of ecological agriculture and subsistence food production. He grew up in Orlová in northern Moravia´s region of Silesia where to this day he engages in gardening. He lives in Brno. The author of witty rhymed verses in the form of text messages which have been published in collections of poems. Life is Black and White (2015) and Sewer Rat is Mickey Mouse´s Cousin (2021).
